He could need help syncing his windows phone to his Mac. MSFT has a Mac app to do that.

Must be a slow news day. I can think of a dozen reasons why on may need help from Microsoft on their Mac. Get a life dude.
They should be able to help. Most Microsoft Retail employees are former Apple Retail employees.
Boot Camp or at least the install of Windows in Boot Camp is a very common reason to take a Mac to a Microsoft Store. Because the Apple Geniuses don’t help. Outside of their “scope of support”. Even if they know what to do they won’t. Nor does Apple Care on the phone.
So no, he’s likely not trolling but doing what must be done to get help. That you would call him that makes you, Alex, the troll.
