I think Apple should simply remove the offenders from the site, send them an nasty-gram telling them to fix it, and bury it in “paperwork” for a minimum of 5 days; a de facto suspension. Do it again and you’re gone. Period.
Apple shouldn’t waste time with sleazy marketers that could damage their reputation.
