If I was trying to sell you this backup battery, I probably wouldn’t need to do much more than tell your its name: The Darth Vader Lightsaber Portable Battery Charger. Because really, who wouldn’t want to juice their iPhone with Vader’s laser sword?
Yes, I called it a laser sword. If you have a problem with that, then why not shuffle off and watch O-ben Kenobo and his merry Star Trek crew one more time instead of hanging around here?
The charger has a paltry 2800mAh battery, and only puts out juice at 1 Amp (forget using it with a big iPad). It has four red LEDs and a pair of USB ports for in/out connections and… Who cares right becasue this is a FRICKIN LIGHTSABER. It lights up and charges your iPhone.
I don’t know if it makes any sounds but please, by the power of Lucas, oh please let it go “BB-ZSHOOOO” when you turn it on. We’ll even forgive the Ewoks (but not Midi-chlorians. Never, ever can we forgive Midi-chlorians) if it makes a sound.
The price of this officially-licensed and fully operational charger is just $50. Not that it matters, as we’ll all be ordering one whatever the cost.
